After a lot of careful thought, we’ve decided to take a break from our Incubator Project for this school year. This is due to increased administrative demands and some changes within our team.
It wasn’t an easy decision, as we know how much pupils love watching the chicks hatch and grow. We’ll re-evaluate the situation for September 2027. A huge thank you to all the schools who have taken part with us over the years. Your enthusiasm has made the project so special.
Since 2014, Nore Valley Park has been delivering the Incubator Project, a hands-on educational experience that brings the fascinating life cycle of a chicken directly to your school or care facility. Now available to nearly 100 schools per year across 12 counties, this project is an engaging and rewarding way to learn about nature and responsibility.

The Incubator Project costs €350, which includes a minimum of three visits, equipment setup, a dedicated 24/7 helpline, and educational materials.
